2. Product Quality & Hygiene Standards

All snacks, farsan, dry fruits, sweets, and chikki crafted by Snix Gruh Udhyog are prepared in strict compliance with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines:

• Freshness Guaranteed: Prepared fresh daily using pure groundnut oil, quality ingredients, and zero chemical adulterants.
• Weights & Packaging: Net weights displayed on product packaging are accurate within standard manufacturing tolerances.
• Shelf Life: Recommended consumption timeframes and storage instructions are specified on product labels.

3. Pricing, Ordering & Payments

All prices listed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, product specifications, and availability without prior notice. Orders placed via website or WhatsApp are subject to acceptance and stock verification.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Store Pick-up

We dispatch doorstep deliveries using reliable courier services across India. Estimated delivery times are indicative. For walk-in customers, orders can be picked up directly at our flagship store located at:

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are accepted only in the rare event of damaged packaging during transit or incorrect product delivery. Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receipt with unboxing photographs via WhatsApp at +91 075750 35002. Verified replacement or refund requests will be processed promptly.
